We’ve tried plugging in different devices, used different connections and wires nothing worked. Very disappointing given the cost of the TV.

I dont remember the name of the person who I dealt with during this purchase if he was a great help. The whole process of payment through delivery of TV to my home was great. The only thing I am concerned about is that I was promised to get a gift card if I get best buy credit card that day. It took more than a month.
