Sony customer service is trash, 6 months of try this and try that with NO fix. After 6 months customer service said I was outside my one year warranty and had to argue the pointy the issue started 6 months after purchase, then they agreed they’d send out a tech but I had to pay to have tv removed from wall. Never buy Sony unless you have another form of streaming and again Customer service is TRASH… do not expect any positive results dealing with sony

Working great; wish it had a backlit remote

Appreciate the picture accuracy. Best Buy sales and install people were great. Only ding is that Sony ships a non backlit-remote. Unaware that these TVs are used in dark rooms?

Your TV may turn on or off for a variety of reasons. To make sure your TV runs as smooth as possible, we highly recommend downloading and installing the latest software for the TV.
If your TV turns on or off at regular intervals, such as 30 minutes to an hour, it's likely caused by power saving functions such as Idle TV Standby, On Timer, and Sleep Timer. Follow the steps from this link to disable Sleep timer, Idle TV standby, and Auto shut-off settings that may cause the TV to turn off automatically.
