It have picture/picture. The Samsung tv doesn’t have it.

Clearly Sony pays for it's space at Best Buy. Sony used to be the Gold Standard in TV's. I only bought Sony until now. They promote this as a Android Smart TV. It is a Sony modified Android TV. You cannot download other than Sony and Google Play apps they want you download. Google play pre-installed is pay to watch movies etc. I called Sony and spoke to their customer support staff for nearly an hour. The bottom line is they say it has Android inside and that makes it an Android TV. This TV is 85 inches and does not have the ability to give the picture quality of their smaller 4K TV's My advice to Best Buy is end their current contract with Sony until they fix and stop fibbing about their TV's. This TV might look good for a year or more. Then you will realize you paid way too much for a name brand TV that used to be the Gold Standard. Down the road if Sony fixes their promotion of a modified two star product as a five star, I might try them again.

Beside being big, this Sony has nothing wow factor

Once ordered, it was delivered quickly and professionally. Very pleased.

1st TV had a bad board was worried about 2nd one but no prob so far

It’s not as wide as I thought it would be but it looks nice

The picture was great and I really loved it till a week ago. Now I have a green line running thru the TV. Finding a number for Sony support seemed easy enough.......... until you try to actually call them. I will update this once I see how that whole process works.

I had to give this 1 star to submit a review. BUYER BEWARE. Do NOT buy a Sony product. We had an 80" Sony Tv that got a line right through the middle of the screen. Sony did NOTHING. We had protection through DirecTV and they helped us replace. So, we upgraded to an 85" Sony (not learning our lesson.) A year later (just out of manufacturer warranty, of course) the screen is blinking. We have spent HOURS and HOURS on the phone trying to get Best Buy and/or Sony for help. Sony customer support keeps doing a "software update" but it keeps coming back. Months later and repeated calls (because everyone knows how fun those calls are--hours at a time) Sony has elevated this to their support team. Thankfully, our Best Buy account allowed us access to our purchase receipt. THANK YOU BEST BUY for keeping this available to your customers! Issue is TBD - but we will NEVER buy another Sony. We were loyal Sony customers until this. Thankfully, our 52" Sony Bravia is still going strong.

I am not impressed with the picture quality of this tv. Watching sports especially it doesn't keep up with the picture speed and it digitizes and jerks. For the price I expected a much better picture.
