I LOVE MY TV. Iits great. Easy to use and the remote control wirk easy wurhe the dvd player. I ive going on the internet. Beecause I'm Partially blind, I can see more things. A great value to me.

Played Xbox games and streamed movies and shows. Big quality picture. Don’t be intimidated by the 60 hz. I have an older 65”Sony Bravia with 120 hz. Can’t tell the difference between the two except this 85” tv is enormous and perfect on my living room wall. If you have a problem with the picture, you need to fiddle with the picture settings. Get this if you can find it in stock. Got the Geek Squad to install. Well worth the price. They were professional and did an outstanding job.

We simply love this TV... great quality of picture, the 4K on this is amazing. Easy to set up, easy to hang up, it did take two of us to lift that thing... it’s about 100lbs in weight. Best picture I’ve seen for the value. Definitely recommend this Tv to everyone that wants a HUGE/CLEAN picture in their living room or man cave!

It’s a great TV I just wish it was 120 Hz and wasn’t so bulky. For a modern TV its really thick. With the android software the TV is very easy to understand and use. I love the ability of installing different apps. The picture is wonderful, and set up is easy.

I love the size and the picture. Still learning the remote but seems to be great once i master it. Only draw back is i am unable to change the screen aspect when i need to. It has the feature on the remote bot says not available. I have a LG in my bedroom which allows this no matter what the movie was shot in. This is a 2020 model so should be available. Other than that a great tv.

I had to replace a 5yo 65"XBR-65850C due to lightning strike and I couldn't believe the picture quality difference. If you're in the market this is a great choice at a good price point.

The online purchase experience was simple. The email and phone reminders where perfect. The delivery was ON TIME. The product operates perfectly. I would encourage you to invest into a TV stand The unit I purchased was: FITUEYES Universal TV Stand/Base Swivel Tabletop TV Stand with Mount for 50 to 85 inch Flat Screen TV 100 Degree Swivel, 4 Level Height Adjustable,Tempered Glass Base,Holds up to 143lbs Screens I share these details because the stand integrates with my current entertainment center and doesn't require wall mounting. There was a mention about the screen lighting when the screen is BLACK that there is a ghost glow. This is true but what do you expect for the size and price point. This 'issue' doesn't disrupt your viewing experience and not a deal breaker. The sound is good and the video quality is good also. I'd encourage you to also find a way to store the TV box just in case you'd like to transport in the future. I don't see how you'd be able to move the TV without it. If you are really interested in this unit get it. BestBuy gives you 2 weeks to return or exchange it. I don't think you'd be disappointed. Make a play list and get your snacks and enjoy a movie experience in you own home. I purchased the 75 inch and was happy with it in May. I was so happy with it that I purchased the 85 inch in August. Which ever size you pick you can't go wrong with a Sony TV purchase. And if you are on the fence embrace the Best Buy return policy.
