    This tv is great. I used to only buy Sony years back. That changed about a decade or so ago. After experiencing many troubles with several other Samsung tvs, i was open to trying something else. i didn't think it would be a Sony, but i am thus far (a couple weeks with my new Sony) very pleased i listened to the Best Buy product specialist and purchased this one. Also, Android/Google TV is superior (far far superior) to Samsung's poor ideas.

    Excellent quality, picture is amazing when you have HD channels, HD Netflix... ext I can’t wait to watch UFC fights and NBA... overall this is a great addition to our living room for entertainment. Only con is that it’s hard to find a TV stand for it. I ordered a tv stand from vest but I love it although the 85 inch Sony barely fits. I would definitely recommend Sony 4K tv

    This is both the best and worst TV I have ever purchased. The 85" screen is beautiful, the picture quality and upscaling is fantastic, Bestbuy home delivery was great, Bluetooth headphones work well despite some reviews, the UI menu is fast, and is a great value for a 4K for $1.7K... ...but... This TV crashes alot. Mid movie or XBox game or broadcast TV the screen freezes for 5 seconds then it reboots. It takes 30 seconds to reboot through the Android logo. Also it periodically drops all sound (speaker, bluetooth, headphone gone) and you have to unplug for 30 seconds to get it back. Once it lost all HDMI inputs that also required a long unplug to get back. All this in the first month. This is the first (non CRT) Sony I have owned in years. Not sure if this is Android or Sony fault. I have owned several Samsung, LG, Hisense, Vizio, and Toshiba TVs and this is the buggiest. These are not features you want in a TV that is too large to put in any civilian vehicle.

    The Sony 800H 85” TV is an excellent value. The picture is outstanding and the high speed motion is nature especially with sports and much better with this feature then the Samsung QED that I have. I have had no issues with this tv and I am totally satisfied.

    I got three TVs for different rooms, X800H in 75” and 85” and X900H in 85” for media room. The X800 is not uniform, and you can see the corners being darker than the rest of the picture in plain white or bright backgrounds. In contrast, X900 is perfect. I also have the older Sony A8F OLED, and X900 is very close to having pitch black blacks. I still prefer OLED for its wider viewing angles, but X900H is good enough. If money is no object, get the 900 over 800 unless you’ve a very wide room. AirPlay works perfectly on both TVs.
