    Great TV, big and nice picture quality. Only issue I have had is sometimes it will need to be restarted due to losing wi-fi function.

    The TV with the sound bar has a problem that is known by Sony. The sound can cut out and the speaker will only crackle and his until the unit is turned off and then backed on. You cannot make it happen and it is very random. Best Buy is replacing both the TV and the sound bar. It happened at the installation and again a few days later. The TV and Sound Bar are great and very happy with them if the replacement solves the problem.

    This is my first Sony purchase after being a Samsung guy for decades. The qualityy- picture as well sound is amazing. Trust me- I have a very large living room with 20' ceilings and I DO NOT need a soundbar with this TV. Too good! Get a mantel mount and install it above the fireplace to get the perfect bar view

    Outstanding TV. I purchased this 85 inch for my family room with the Sony sound bar and when I tell you the sound is Movie theatre ready. the tv sound and quality is amazing. I also have this tv in a 75 inch and one 55 inch and one 50 inch that's how good this brand is.

    Love the television. Television has great picture quality, family is really enjoying it. We purchased the professional installation through Best Buy when we bought the T.V. A Best Buy sub-contractor installed the T.V. and it was a great experience. I would recommend the Television.

    We were shopping for a new, larger TV and decide on this one from Sony. The picture is beautiful, especially if it is displaying a 4K signal. Streaming Netflix and HBO Max is a breeze with the voice feature on the remote. Setup took about fifteen minutes after we mounted it on the wall.

    I ordered my new Sony during the virus so I had to wait three weeks for Delaware guidelines to allow The geek squad to deliver and install it It has a great picture and it is the best TV I have ever owned you can never go wrong with Sony

    Absolutely amazing television with an awesome size. I can’t tell people enough about how wonderful this new Sony tv is. I looked at a Samsung but the picture of the Sony was beyond a doubt the best picture. I have it mounted and it is like being at a theater.

    This tv has been beyond any expectations that we had---it is by far the best tv we have ever owned. The picture is so clear and it makes streaming so easy. I highly recommend it! We were afraid it might be too "big" but no it is not!!!

    love my tv, 85" inch is so nice, just know ahead of time furniture, tv stand was quite hard to find. the legs stick out a bit long and most furnitures run a few inches sort. sony always holds up to its reputation
