Even though the blacks are not perfect by any means...the picture quality overall is excellent. The big screen is worth not having perfect blacks. LOVE MY NEW TV!

Sales agents in Westminster store were helpful and informative. I appreciated the free shipping. Delivery window was 7am-1pm, and they didn't show up until 1:15pm. The tracking of the delivery said 4 people were still ahead of me when they showed up. The delivery guys were helpful and friendly as well. So overall, great experience.
