We are sorry to hear that your TV is slow and you are having an issue with its remote control. This is definitely not the customer experience we want you to have. To isolate and hopefully resolve these issues, you can follow the suggestions below:
- Turn off the TV unplug the TV power cord (mains lead) from the electrical outlet. Wait for 2 minutes, and plug the power cord (mains lead) back into the electrical outlet. Turn on the TV.

We have vizio, samsung and lg tv's. This one has a remote that is much easier to use/learn (for me) than the others.
