We're sorry you've been running into difficulty and it occasionally responds slow to input from remote. To make sure your TV runs as smooth as possible, we highly recommend downloading and installing the latest software for the TV. Performing a restart may also help some issues you are experiencing. To do that, simply press the power button on the remote control for about 5-10 secs while the TV is on.
