    The price was great but the tv was broken the picture was not clear I had 5 technicians working on it but no luck!

    Had this TV for 1/2 year and a line appeared across the top ,so I called Sony and they said they would have to replace it but they no longer make that model. Then they said they would replace it with with a comparable model. Well the comparable model has a terrible picture and only half of the refresh rate (60htz mine had 120htz) DO NOT BUY A SONY TV.

    Out of Box Failure

    Unfortunately, the TV was an out of the box failure. Lasted less than a week and then began to flicker and then went blank. Went through all the tech support suggestions, but it just failed. Geek Squad was on it with the information needed to talk to the MFG about the product and get it resolved. Great job Geek Squad.

    I purchase this tv on July 31st and it was delivered on 8/2/24 It work good till 8/23/24 then wifi stop working best buy and sony didnt do nothing I end up buyin a apple tv i order to work Best buy and sony F-ed up

    I bought the tv in march of this year and out if no where the tv just stopped turning on went through customer service and they just said they gone give me a refund which im sure will tske 2 months

    HORRIBLE on the 2nd replacement, Sony is horrible, weeks without a TV. Sony won’t extend the warranty. I will NEVER buy Sony products again. TRASH

    I got scammed TV looks nothing like what it does on display and because I bought it open box I had to buy my own remote and power cord TV is not worth the money

    First one we bought only worked for about 5 days and then the screen went grey. Exchanged it for the same one and it only last 2 hours and had a blue vertical line and a red horizontal line.

    4K. UHD. HDR. 120Hz refresh rate. 85" AND it's a Sony. All for $999.99! An absolute value. Excellent picture quality and even decent audio from the TV alone but added the Sony HT-A5000 Sound Bar (also on sale) for a truly impressive system at a bargain price. Also, Best Buy's delivery of this 100 pound beast was excellent as well.

    The TV was a very good one, containing qualities that one would desire in a TV such as being large in size, good quality in sound and images. Overall I am very satisfied with this product! But for now I will keep this at four stars as I have only been using it for only a month.
