    My wife, 3 - 7, 5, an 3, and I, are iced and snowed in this Monday, January 2024 and the backlight to this huge and expensive device has gone out after just over a year of use since purchased brand new. I am discouraged with the quality of this Brand’s products for how expensive it was. I don’t feel like I got what I paid for. Honestly!

    TV is great but Ive been a card holder a long time and when I went to use it they declined my card. To make it worse I had a remaining available balance for the purchase I was trying to make. Best Buy is the only game in town with regard to local storefront electronics but they miss the boat in taking care of customers that have been with them a long time. Simply no reason to have declined my card. So I paid cash for my 85 inch screen tv.
