Screen problem

The maintenance department was notified of a defect in the TV after inspection by maintenance. They decided to change the entire internal screen. After a week of repair, the screen was found to have another defect. The screen was examined by maintenance, and they decided again to change the entire internal screen. Is it reasonable to cost twice the maintenance? Instead of changing the TV. This is evidence of the lack of credibility of Sony

Brice, who helped us in the store, was very knowledgeable and answered our many questions and showed us a comparison of different brands. David and Autumn, who came to install the tv and soundbar, were very good in explaining and programming the tv and soundbar for us. All together it was a very good experience.
