Trying to use the remote to put in channel numbers is not easy. The price was reasonable and the setup wasn’t that difficult, just figuring out how to use the remote

I brought it to his attention and he assured me I would only get one. I have some concern about the small size of the “legs” that the tv is expected to stand on.

Whites can seem a little bright. I wish I would have spent a little more and got the 90 series. But I found this really for $1250 on an open box and couldn’t refuse.

I call best buy to figure out what to do to be told its not returnable or cant be exchanged because its outside a 15 day window. Again this tv is 19 days old wont work and now im told to call Sony and jump through hoops with them to either get it repaired or exchanged. This is unacceptable. Im paying for a tv that is literally been on 5 times and it doesnt work and best buy wont do squat about it. Wondering why thier stores are decreasing and buisness is declining? Ive shopped at best buy for almost 25 years, and 90 percent of the tvs, blu rays and gaming consoles are Sony. I guarantee I will never buy from BB again nor will I purchase a Sony product if this is the way its gonna be.
