    TV had lines in it out of nowhere (after hanging 7ft high on the wall for 6 months). We paid for additional protection because Tatiana who sold us the TV said it could “literally fall off the wall” and Best Buy would cover it. She said that knowing we were installing ourselves, but later told us that she said that meaning only if Best Buy was installing (to clarify the tv did not fall off the wall). Sony would not cover the tv because it’s still under warranty through Best Buy, and they think it was physical damage (it was not). The TV was working perfect in the morning. We left the house (no one home, dog crated), came home to turn the tv on and there were lines in it (we also have security cameras- no one came into the house). I will not buy a Sony television or shop at Best Buy again. They were no help and I was so patient through the process.
