    This was one of the worse, fraudulent, screwed up sales I have ever had the displeasure to experience. I was sold a sale item, told it would have to come from the warehouse on Dec 9th, set delivery for Dec 23, never contacted by anyone. Inquired on the chat line 2 days prior to delivery and told order was not available in warehouse and could not be ordered. Went through 5 reps on the chat line, tried to up sale me from a $800 TV to a $1,100 as a reasonable solution. What a joke! You people knew the order could not be filled yet NO one ever called to tell me differently. One of the worst, and most disorganized sales experiences I have ever had from a so-called reputable company. Sell things you don't have, but say you have, then don't even call to advise there will not be a delivery. Stupidity and fraud, all in the same transaction. There is no star rating for this.
