Thanks for reaching out to us. While we're glad that you like most of the features, especially when watching 4K contents, we regret to hear you're not having the best experience with the unit. We understand you're having trouble with image noise when watching any content on your TV. This issue might be caused by a setting on the TV or connected device. In addition to adjusting the sharpness, there are few things that you can check moreover when the picture is blurry when you watch digital channels.

It's also unfortunate that the unit had to be returned. We could've walked you through with some troubleshooting and offer assistance with our product.

We're sorry to hear about your issue with the TV. Unfortunately, the X85K deos not support the Acoustic Centre Sync . Models that do support this feature are Z9K, A95K, A90K, A80K, X95K & X90K. For picture issue related, you can isolate this issue by resetting the power supply of the TV. Restart the TV with the supplied remote control (easiest): Press and hold the POWER button until a menu appears → select Restart Press and hold the POWER button until Power off appears on the screen.

Are you getting blurry pictures from other inputs? Is it the issue when watching from streaming apps linke Netflix, Youtube, Disney+? In most cases, the quality of the picture that your TV display depends on your source device. In case you are watching from streaming apps, make sure that you have fast internet speed and make sure to check your subscription, if theres any, since some streaming apps offer mostly 720p and 1080p resolution.
