    My rep Bryan is by far the best. I'm rennovating a condo and he has had to work with me changing things over and over and over. He has not once complained about anything that I have changed with my order and my installation date. Best Buy should take notice and all your reps should be like Bryan.

    Bought the tv thinking that it would have great picture quality. Does in a mostly bright room. Soon as the lights got out, the black levels are lifted and the picture doesn't seem to pop as much in those dark seens. Bright images are nice and vibrant but couldn't justify the price.

    This TV is my 3rd Sony Bravia and Sony never lets me down. SIMPLY THE BEST! The sound is weak as we all know on these TV’s but I bought a Sonos Arc soundbar & subwoofer and Im blasting in my family room. The eArc feature is amazing. Ready for the Super Bowl. GO BUCS!!!

    Amazing picture but mine has problems. It turns itself off from time to time and latest problem is that it will not send audio to my stereo system.

    Product and store service was great. The geek squad however did not do a complete job and refused to answer call on number he gave. Someone from the squad called and suggested we restart direct tv then proceeded to cancel an order we had for them to come back out the next week without notifying us. That is very arrogant and the reset did not fix issues. Very dissatisfied with the service

    This review is about both the TV as well as the soundbar HTZ9F as both were bought at the same time. We were recommended the soundbar as it "has the best sound and works great with the TV" from the Sony person at the local Best Buy. We purchased both but due to delivery times had to wait about a month before the TV was actually in the house and on the wall so we weren't able to test anything out until then. Followed the instructions for getting the soundbar hooked up using the included HDMI cable. Almost immediately we notice that there is an issue with the sound cutting out for a second / half second and coming back. To me this is unacceptable for such an expensive item. We contact the Sony help desk / tech support, go through all of the recommendations (multiple times in some cases), and none of them fix the issue. We have the soundbar sent back to whoever Sony sends it off to so they can inspect it. They send it back saying they couldn't duplicate the issue and it works as intended. Within 15 minutes of getting it hooked back up it starts happening again. We contact the company and send them recorded videos with timestamps of the issue happening. They respond back to us saying that it appears to be a TV issue, not a soundbar issue, with how the sound from the soundbar is getting transferred to the TV. Mind you this was never mentioned by any of the Sony help desk people we talked to. We've now been in contact with several different Sony individuals via both phone and online chat. After trying several other "fixes" that obviously didn't work we're now being told that this "issue" is a known issue with the TV but can't be given a date for how long it's been a known issue. Just that "its affecting a lot of people". The latest is we've now been told that an upcoming software update "should" fix this issue but as I'm sure you can guess there isn't an ETA for when this update will get rolled out. At this point we're fed up with the whole process and want to process a refund or whatever Sony can do since we're still under the 1 year warranty (again...this information came from the online chat individual) but were told that a refund cant be authorized for an item that has a known defect. What. In. The. Hell. Does. That. Mean? Hopefully this information was useful!

      Hi James, We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing audio cut off issues with your Sony TV and Soundbar. We'd love to troubleshoot the issue that you are having and make this a better experience for you. In the meantime, please follow these steps:

      Disconnect the cables between your TV and the home theater system or home audio system, and then reconnect them. Make sure the cables are secure at both ends.

      Verify that the audio output setting of your TV is set to audio system, and on the TV, change the audio output destination setting from TV Speakers to Audio System

      Turn off your audio device and your TV then wait for one minute, after that turn it on again.

      Please verify if the issue still occurs.
