Excellent Camera

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I used it with the Sony 18-105 f4 lens on a variety indoor still life's, water scenes at a local marina, and squirrels in my yard. The pictures were sharp and the colors are excellent. I've been very please with the way the camera was able to track the moving squirrels. So far I have been very thrilled with the camera.

A good working camera

I would recommend it to prospective shoppers. It is compact and it does the job well done. Just set it up to auto and you are ready to go. Love the dummy battery adapter so you never run out of power.

Small but mighty

The AF tracking on this camera is impressive when compared to the a6300 and the a7ii, both of which I’ve previously owned. One wish would be for additional customizable function buttons.

A nice upgrade

Due to my needs (still photography mostly - storms and astrophotography) I choose this for the cheaper price but comparable qualities to the more expensive Sony apsc options. Video is still good quality but wasn’t high on my list of needs. I would recommend at that point. Since a lot of what I do is on the tripod I didn’t not see the need for the IBS with the higher 6600. Weather sealed is nice.

Great Camera!

This camera sold me when it comes to features that it has besides the other competitiors. Its amazing and easy to use. Theres tons more to learn but thats the perks of having it.

Best value in terms of aps-c cameras

Rolling shutter is pretty bad in video. The 4k is stunning. Better than competitors. Low light is great. Battery life is underwhelming and borderline inconvenient.
