Great Camera for beginning and intermediate

Shot a multicam shoot with this camera and no overheating issues ran for over 2 hours using dummy battery.

Cant wait for the a7000/a6700 upgrade.

I sued to have the 2Canon 70d used for photos and videos during my kids concert. was not really impressed with the a6000 AF. but when the a6300 with the continous EyE AF i was blown away by the accuracy. i then started to sell my canon gear to save for the a7r2. but then the a7r3 came out and the the a73. i settled for the a73 which is much better than the a6300 as far as AF. then i purchased the a6400 and its like night and day as far as AF tracking in photos and video. so now im waiting for the next gen Sony cameras which will have all this new features. No more 30minute video recording restrictions and much better af tracking that surpass the canon dual pixel AF. I just hope sony upgrades the touch screen for better Touch AF experience like canons. also sony’s overheating issue is kinda fix. it will probably record 5-6 times longer than the a6300 before yu get the overheating icon.

Rugged little camera with great image quality

The user interface is a bit confusing, but that is well-known. Focus is not as fast as claimed, and stabilization is not built0in. The A6600 has IBIS, but I can't justify the cost increase for that model. This is the sweet spot, for Sony.

It's just a shame!

It has only one bad thing. It has a built-in flash that I thought it was an amazing idea. However, if you buy long lens, they will interfere with the flash light and will add an undesired shadow to the picture.
