    Enjoyed this one, not a huge upgrade over the a6000 for me personally, but a nice package and an excellent mirrorless.

    Good camera but it can be a bit confusing. Does not have a manual to read to understand how it works.

    Solid Camera. I'm mad I got upsold by a Best Buy employee because I have no idea how to fully use this camera. I only use it for youtube videos so I regret spending twice the money and not getting the Canon M50. Bright side is the unlimited video recording capabilities.

    I love the Sony line of cameras. This is an upgrade from my A6300 and we'll worth the price. All of sony cameras are perfect in their own little way. The face recognition is wonderful!

    not good for first timers

    I bought this camera for my granddaughter for school. teacher send out paper that told them what kind to buy and I took it with me when I bought a camera for my granddaughter. the sale person kinda talked me into this one . I was use to cannons that what I always bought and they keep pushing back at the Sony . I don't like it and my granddaughter drop out of that class because she had to much trouble on operating it and the teacher wouldn't help so now I have a 1500. camera sitting in a closet never again.

    Nothings special. I’ve been using the camera for months now the picture are ok but nothing special. I don’t like that there’s no support from an app to easy access for picture downloads/transfers

    Camera not charging

    This is the third Sony A6400 camera I got from best buy. The both cameras I got weren’t charging so i brought the third camera plugged it to the electrical outlet without the battery. The camera did not turn on. Their must be an issue with the charing cable or brick. Off to best buy to return my third camera. Is anyone having issues like this?

      The ILCE6400 camera will not work without the battery. The battery will not charge if the camera is turned on. We suggest you contact our support number at 239-245-6360 so that we can assist you.

    LOVING the camera, it is light and takes amazing pictures, really the best one once you understand how to use it, BUT not buying again from BestBuy, out of 4 purchases, 2 came broken, 1 with operative/system issues.

    Not happy with this purchase

    Camera does not auto-focus. Tried several settings, tried resetting camera, tried advice from SONY. Does not auto-focus. Not happy. Unable to reach SONY support via chat due to Corona Virus, which is understandable. Very disappointed in this product though. Not sure if I can get a replacement through Best Buy.

    I loved the camera but the kit lens was showing a big black space in the left corner which was the 18-135
