The 6400 is the first mirrorless camera I have used, and it is by far the best purchase I have made in a while, great for videoing and takes amazing photos. I have lots of experience in film and photo equipment and I must say this is the easiest video camera I have ever used its very simple and doesn't take long to figure out the workings of it.

Bought under "excellent" condition at the Natomas Best Buy location. No issues with any of the parts, and it was an amazing first camera purchase.

Very fast auto focus. Nice zoom range and quality lens. Good view finder. Nice upgrade from a6000.

FOR WHAT IT IS... this is great. I was originally going to give this only 4 stars but after finding a solution to the fast dying batteries (np fw50) in these series of cams, honestly I feel like you can't go wrong with the a6400 or a6500. I wanted to go with the a6500 but wasn't available at the time, so I just went for it and it did not disappoint. Just get one extra battery and a good quality high mAh PD battery bank, pair it with some good glass and you're good to go!

This camera has been amazing over the past few months and has traveled from the finger lakes all the way down to Georgia. The size and weight are a blessing for travel and hiking. Portraits, Landscape, Wildlife, and Macro have all turned out great. The camera doesn’t have a full sensor so you can call it the little engine that could. If you’re a blogger, you’ll love the flip up screen. Spend the extra money and get the 135mm lens option (Amazing Versatility as primary lens)

I bought an open box camera that was sappose to be in EXCELLENT condition. For one it was by far not in excellent condition. There were fingerprints all over the sensor and the lense was dirty. However, what upsets me most is the excellent conditon details states that all original parts would be in the box. It didn't have the micro usb cable nor the ac adapter. So, I called Best Buy to ask if they could send me the missing parts because it was sappose to come with them; to which I was informed, after being transferred multiple times, that they would not send me replacment parts. The only options offered was to drive to the store (isn't an option for me) or to return camera for a refund. I asked if I could keep the camera and get a partial refund since it fits the requirements for good or fair condition and doesn't fit the criteria for the excellent standards so that I could use the money to buy the parts that are missing. To which they replied no. It's upsetting to buy something and not recieve as described.

Awesome camera, great value for what you get. I love the size and quality of the photos and 4k video. Only thing I dislike is that the flip screen doesn’t work with something in the top bracket like a mic

The video quality is so good! The focus is on point. It’s really awesome and makes your videos looks super crisp. I love the 18-135mm lens. It’s not bad at all. I’m very surprised and happy with this camera. I use it mainly for video and some photography- the no limit recording is great for martial arts video recording. Especially long matches.

Easy to use and takes wonderful pictures. The 18-135 lens is versatile enough for me not to need additional lenses when I’m out shooting. I wish the cord for the charger was longer and the charging light was in a spot where you can see it easily.

We were looking to replace our 5 year old camera, which still worked great for still pictures but we needed a camera that could capture better quality action pictures. This camera delivered. The quality of the pictures is superb! We still need to learn more about the various and different functions it has but so far, we are loving this camera and the results we are getting from it. We are glad to have purchased it and have no doubt that we will be using it for years.
