I went to buy a camcorder to film high school sports. The Best Buy associate showed me the Sony a6400 and said it would do that and more. And it does.

Best camera I’ve owned to date!

I bought this originally to just vlog but have done some really nice videos in general with it and also plan to shoot a wedding with it soon! I recommend getting additional lenses to enhance your shooting capabilities but this is one camera you will not be disappointed with!

Both good rigs but this one is phenomenal. Love the menu options and ways you can customize how you shoot and configure a custom menu as well. The kit lens is also a great for what you’re paying, has a lot of range.

First camera

Just like any camera you either gatta use a computer or download an app in order to send pictures to your phone. Really light and easy to use. Not a big fan of the auto focus but this is my first camera.

Great lightweight mirrorless camera

I loved my canon, but wanted something smaller & lighter for travel. This is a good camera, but retraining my hands for a completely different brand has been a challenge. I am not at all disappointed, just need to commit to the retraining.

While this is not a professional camera it is a really great camera. More than enough for a casual family camera. Fairly easy to use. My only complaint would be how the files get saved to the card. They are not in an intuitive location.

The lens it comes with zooms in and out more than I thought. We bought extra lenses for extra zoom in and zoom out but I usually just use the one it came with for more range.

upgrade from previous camera - worth it so far

Sweet Camera

To be honest if you’re shooting portraits or getting cool shots and You plan on buying a lens with this already then buy the a6600 body and buy a descent lens with it. But this camera is really great. I get cool shots with it and get good videos.
