No protective equipment included in a $1000 bundle

No rear lens cap or body cap. Now I have to order an $8 + shipping lens cap set and wait 10 days or more because of the holidays till they arrive.

Way too complicated! A complete joke!

I am returning it. Photos are complete garbage. Spent several hours trying to figure it out to no avail. It does not come with a manual. There is an online manual that is over 600 pages. Following instructions step by step does not work. If you have days and days of time to figure this thing out, maybe you can create good photos. My Samsung cell phone takes way better photos. This camera is unnecessarily complex.

Well I have used it for like 2 days period! The hdmi out on camera would not transmit to a pc or TV. Stopped working! Sony had me mail it to one of their repair shops, received it back and they did not fix the issue!!! Still the hdmi output does not work! I am requesting a replacement camera all together! Purchased through best buy April 17, 2020. $900 for it not to work and here it's now June 1!

The Menu may be a bit difficult to navigate but it's nothing you can't learn quick w a few tutorials on yt etc

I Am A Beginner Attempting (To Say The Least) To Teach Myself Photography & Although HIGHLY Daunting; This - Right Out Of The Box Is Far More Pristine For The Price, And I May Be Clueless But Don't Understand How This Camera Doesn't Get More Recognition Vs The More Expensive Names/Models (They're All Hype Honestly - Just My Opinion Though). I Legit Visited The Store (All The Way I Cross Town) For About Three Months Before I Pressed The Button & Took My Shot(s), And I Do Not Regret My Decision For Even One Second - If You Are Going To Purchase This Camera (I Actually Went Back & Had The Higher End Model Ordered, But The Wait Was Worth Wild), I'd Highly Recommend Spending The Few Extra Bucks To Get The 4K Model; It Has Truly Made All The Difference

Personally I was also satisfied with Best Buy and them insuring the package got delivered to me. They kept me very much up to date with its shipping as well.
