    It was OPEN-box

    I ordered a new camera with delivery to the store. I took the box. opened and there already was an unpacked camera! on the camera where the lens is located there was no protective cover! and the whole camera was without protective paper. Then I did not even realize that it should not be like this. This was my first purchase. I am shocked because I paid the money as for a new purchase and received the OLD one. Tell me, shouldn't there be a protective cover on the camera? why did they sell me a camera like this? The camera is working. It is only slows down when I turned it off - the lens is so slow going inside. I will never open the box at home again. Only in the store to show evidence. It's ridiculous!

    It can be a daily use Camara. However, the photo quality isn’t good in low light.

    It stopped working a year later

    I bought this Camera 07/06/2019 and it stopped working on 09/13/2020, a year later. I was only using this camera to take pictures for my Instagram. I took good care of it and barely got any use out of it. The salesperson at Best buy told me to put a protection plan and if anything happens to it they will automatically replace it for me. I come to find out that was lye. I wish I went to straight to Sony and not a Best Buy!
