The camera is everything you would expect when spending so close to a thousand dollars. If you’re new to Sony, prepare yourself to spend a couple day’s figuring out the settings and do research on shooting menus and function buttons! Autofocus is on so good and battery life lasts a couple hours of shooting as long as you’re turning it off when not In use. I’d recommend an extra battery, and to buy an actual charger rather than charging through the camera.

This is a great lightweight mirrorless camera with great internal mic. Great for vlogging, video’s and taking photos. The reason why I gave it 4 stars is because it will not connect wirelessly with my WiFi connection to my wireless devices.

The small format but high end features of this camera make it the perfect travel camera. The stock power zoom lens is perfect for impromptu outings. Having access to many interchangeable lenses allows increases the versatility of the camera and allows it to grow with you.

This is a very light weight camera. It is very user friendly and is taking great pictures.

As a beginner, I bought this camera for its versatility. It’s works great taking pictures and I love that i can film all the way up to 1080p 120 or 4K 30. It’s great that you don’t need an external monitor since the screen flips up. Great feature for when I need/want to take selfies or record videos. Overall I feel like this is one of the best mirrorless cameras you can buy at the moment.

Awesome little camera with so many features. Being I am a beginner to this camera game, I purchased the A6400 and I am well pleased with the quality of photos and videos. I would highly recommend this camera as it is offered at a great price, is small and compact and renders the Sony name which is known for quality.

Amazing for amateur photographers, this camera has been amazing and has took near perfect photos of football players at many different levels. the shutter speed is very good for something like sports photography

Best Camera I own, versatility in picture and video taking at a decent cost for the body. E mount lenses are easy to find and if Theres other lenses you’d like to use there’s always easy to pick up adapters to make them work. Sony’s most versatile camera here

I love this camera! It is so user friendly and produces excellent quality photos. Our first born arrived and this camera was the start of some wonderful family memories. Transferring pictures from camera to phone is as simple as 3 clicks. Love it!

Best for beginners, pictures are way more clearer compared to the A7 in my opinion..

So I bought this as my first actual nice camera. I mainly like to do video. This takes professional looking quality images straight from the camera even before any editing. There is no in-body stabilization, but if you can get a lens that has it, use a gimbal, or use a stationary tripod, you won't have to worry. There are plenty of in-depth reviews on Youtube for this camera. It is worth a look at. However, if you can afford it, get the new Sony A7s III because it looks amazing. Also, get this over the Canon M50. This one is better.
