I am quite happy with the performance and quality of images. The menu and controls take a little getting used to when you get shot with another brand all of your life. But, the results speak for volumes.

Best Camera I've Owned

Huge upgrade from my micro 4/3 setup and well worth the money IMO. There is a pretty steep learning curve with all the settings, but it's worth spending the time learning as it will give you so much control over your photos.

Great all around camera for hybrid shooters

It was my first camera as a videographer/photographer and it was enough to start a living as a videographer. I would highly recommend it for more entry level photography and videography seeing as there are newer competitively priced models of the alpha series with better specs (highest video recording rate is 4K at 24p) but all around great reliable camera.

If you take photos and want to create videos this is the best all around Sony camera to get right now! Its not the best at photos, nor is is the best at video, but its really good at both and thats perfectly fine for most people!

It has almost everything you need for great photo but it must have required good lens as well.

Love love love this Camera!

Love full frame Sony and its super sharp and light carry. It has really changed my life because of how much it has made me dive into photography. The lowlight capability of the sensor is insane and can capture photos in pretty dark settings.

It truly keeps up with all the commercial photography I produce. Definitely recommend it despite the release year.

Wow - great camera

This is my second time I’ve bought this. I do some video work so I need an extra camera to capture different angles. It does 1080 at 120 frames per sec. and 4K at up to 30 FPS. It has 24 mp for photos.
