Good Experience, But Room for Improvement

The camera arrived on time, and the checkout process was quick and easy. However, it would be great if Best Buy offered more in-depth guidance for customers unsure about which product to choose. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase but would appreciate more expert advice in-store to make future purchases even better.

So many great features, great capability to handle low light, image quality is amazing. A bit of a learning curve but very easy.

Its going to take me a long time to learn everything it does. This makes me feel a little unsure of my settings, which is nerve wracking. So far I also have not been able to get the app to correspond with the camera either. But regardless of these things and the fact I have not had it long, it creates sharp images.

Great camera for video and pictures
