A73 is just awesome!!! Initially I wanted to buy a7r3!!! But at looking at the features of A73! I just went it and grabbed it!!! Now it realize that I diff the right thing!!! It is a very nice camera with tons of features! Most of the features are use friendly and it dint take me time for a transition from Nikon to Sony !! I have been using with my G master 24-70 2.8 and Sony 85 1.8!!!! Both are exceptional piece of lens !!!! Any new buyers just go for it!! You will love it!! Cheers

To start off, I want to give this camera 5 stars based off performance but there are little quirks that keep from being so. The menu system is a little bit complicated to find small changes you want to make. Thankfully they have a function in the menu that allows you to customize the important features for quick customization, in addition to the customizable buttons the camera has. Mainly though, my biggest gripe is the lack of a full articulating screen on the back. I wish Sony would design the screens in mind for bloggers like canon does. Having it flip upside down isn’t enough for those who use a microphone. The autofocus for facial recognition is fantastic so there is a work around. I want to give this a 4.5 but it’s not possible on this forum. The camera is a great bargain for the cost.

Really happy with this camera body. I love the size & density it has while handling. I like the side grip & dials. Absolutely no issues & does incredibly well in low lighting.

The Sony A7 III has long been one of our favorite all-around entry-level full-frame mirrorless cameras. Its 24MP resolution is enough for most, its AF system is fast and powerful, its 10fps shooting is very impressive at this price and it even shoots 4K video (though there is a small crop if you want to shoot at 30p).

I’m so happy with the A7III...I’m coming from an A6300 and the difference in quality of images and video and the usability is very much appreciated. The higher quality body feels nice and I love the choice of lens. I primarily use the camera for video and am using it with a DJI Ronin SC and it’s light weight is perfect and easy to balance it with. Definitely recommend the A7III. A lot of YouTubers use it and now I understand why.

I sold my A7S II to buy this camera. I do not regret it in the least. The autofocus works great, even with third party lenses. The battery life is much better than the previous generation for video, low light performance is really good with a fast lens and the stills look fantastic. I'm a happy customer. Thank you Sony.

A buddy of mine who has this exact camera model convinced me to get it. I was using a Canon EOS Rebel T5 before so I decided to bite the bullet and purchased this with the 50mm prime lens. Even though my editing skills were amazing, the picture quality between these two cameras were night and day.

These cameras are beautiful and feature packed! Wonderful autofocus for both photo and video. Images are stunning. Practically sees in the dark with how high the iso can go. I tested this out in a dark bathroom with no windows. I could not see with my eyes but the camera could still take a photograph and see what I could not!

This thing is insane. Lets just say its hard to not get a great shot. Im not a professional by any means but i can definitely see why they use it. I would recommend this highly. Also the autofocus on this thing is insane. Only mad i didnt buy it sooner instead of slowly upgrading. If your debating buying a cheaper alternative and then upgrading, save ur money and just buy this. All you will ever need.

I got this camera to start street photography, and have been nothing but impressed with this camera. Great first option as I learn more about photography!

In the mirrorless dept. A7iii is got everything you require to capture 20MP full frame pictures. I have shot awesome telephoto shots, street photography, landscape and also shot moving subjects. Sony A7iii has got very fast and responsive auto focus with eye tracking. Hands Down this is the best goto beginner to pro mirrorless camera.

I’ve been a Nikon shooter for years shooting with the Nikon D1x, D2Xs, D3, and D4s. I had reservations about not only going mirrorless but also switching to Sony since it was a brand I was unfamiliar with. I decided to take a chance on the Sony A7iii and I haven’t regretted it at all. I’m in love with this camera. It took a second to get used to the menu and I’m still learning it but if you understand photography you’ll grasp the functions of this camera pretty easily. If you don’t understand photography then you’re going to have that learning curve with any camera you purchase. The only thing I miss about my Nikon is the ability to shoot 5:4 format which helped tremendously when shooting for magazines. Outside of that I’m totally happy with this camera.

Being fairly new to photography in general, I wasn't sure how this camera woukd work for me. I did a ton of research and decided to take a leap. I have been pleasantly surprised by the quality and functionailty of the this camera. I haven't figured out all the functions but the pictures have been amazing so far. I would definitely recommend this camera for someone looking to get started in photography.

I've used both Nikon and Canon cameras respectively throughout the years. However, Sony has blown me away, especially with their mirrorless. The quality, customization options, etc., of this camera are CRAZY! I can never go back to Canon, or a DSLR. This is just really above the rest. *I came to this camera from a Canon 80D. The 80D can't even begin to touch the a7 III

I'm a 25+ year Nikon shooter and all the hype surrounding this camera is true. It is an amazing camera and I am really looking forward to shooting with it on vacation. The video quality is amazing and is something that nothing in Nikon's line up can touch. The eye auto focus is a bit tricky but the results are just amazing. Sony has converted another Nikon shooter.

Amazing camera. Well worth the purchase and price. It was an upgrade for me and I am not regretting it. Amazing in low light, will probably be my last camera.

I've been on a mirrorless system for awhile and wanted to upgrade. This camera fitted my upgrade needs of: good performance in low light battery life weather proof autofocus system selection of lenses (although pretty pricy on that front) color science

I have been a Canon shooter for the last 10 years, but due to the disappointing specks on the Eos R, I decided to try out the Sony A7iii. Canon wins hands down as far as ease of use, and the flip out touch screen is something I wish I had with the A7iii. The limited touch screen option is pretty much useless on the Sony and it's nice that it filps vertically a bit, but I they could do a lot better. That being said, I love the smaller size of a mirrorless camera and the photos it takes are fantastic. Photo and video quality is what's really important to ne, so as far as that goes its a thumbs up from me.
