Great, but misses a built-in flash

A built-in mini flash would be nice for night shots. Lacks advanced image stabilization and temporal noise reduction capabilities that any modern smartphone has.

Incredible mirrorless camera

Consider also the "R" version of this camera, depending on if you are more photo driven or video... Awesome autofocus, bird/human/animal eye focus, very sharp. Great by.

The lense that it comes with is good for close ups and I would avoid using the zoom for quality picstures

Great clarity and easy to use

No brainer!

I mainly bought it to record content for Youtube and vlogging. I was going to purchase a7iii a couple of months ago but I saw that Sony announced A7iv. Although the price wise A7iv is relatively expensive, I think it is worth the money. AF system is awesome!

Powerful but easy to use

I take photos of animals and take full advantage of its features. But its auto mode takes great images too for my girl who has no experience with a camera at all.

My First Mirrorless Camera

I'm happy with how well it handles low-light situations and how quickly it focuses! After using a mirrorless camera, using my old DSLR feels clunky and slow. Getting familiar with the settings will take you awhile though, so watch a lot of YouTube videos!

For the price it's a very good value for what I am doing. The A7 V, while superior, would have been $1200 more and I am not ready to commit to that. NOTE: Do not update the firmware immediately!

Good for begginers

Love This Camera
