Sony A7 iv best all arounf camera in 2025

The pictures come out great, and the digital display takes it to another level as well. The only downside is if you're a videographer; I recommend buying a small fan for the camera off of Amazon so it doesn't overheat.

I haven’t really utilized all its features yet, but I can say that this thing is a beast for its price point. Easy to use and crispy videos/pics. I just need a better lense and I’m good to go.

I’m a Hybrid Shooter, and I Love This Camera

It’s absolutely perfect for me because I shoot lots of still photos and I still want to have decent video quality which the a7 IV provides. I love taking pictures even more than I did before, and I might move from casual to amateur photography because I want to learn everything about this camera! It’s very pricey, especially considering my original budget was about $800, but it was well worth it for me. I probably didn’t need the upgrade so soon, but the next upgrade for me will be years from now since this camera is so solid. I’m glad I have the Best Buy card and the Total Tech membership bc I don’t have to worry about interest and I love having Geek Squad Protection in case something happens to it. Honestly would not have bought the camera as comfortably as I did without Best Buy’s perks. (I also got it during the Sony discount event for $500 less).

The lens are great as well for all your needs , you might need a better zoom depending on what you are filming but besides that it’s a great tool to use !. Battery life is good , make sure to turn on the overheating settings !

Great camera

The kit lens works for most situations, and the ergonomics are amazing. Definitely a great camera for those looking to step into something professional and also for those who have bigger hands. Very versatile its a jack of all trades from videography to photography and more. CAMERA IS PACKED WITH FEATURES!

It offers many settings to adjust and take control of. I also love the ability to remap or rebind various buttons on the camera. Being able to set specific autofocus settings is perfect for certain situations and events. The auto focus is very sharp even on the base kit lens. I can’t wait to get more lenses to try out!

Pictures always come out looking like a professional took the picture. I mainly picked this camera to record and the videos are crystal clear. I mean, they are 4k after all. Now I'm looking at getting a telephoto lens for long distance recording and or pictures. But so far, I have no complaints and no buyers remorse.
