    Amazing Sony Alpha 7CR camera, this little guy is very easy to carry around. Mainly impressed with the photo and video quality. Shines when using SONY Prime Lens. Love using this with my gimbal for videos and very lightweight vs my previous A73 mirrorless camera. Cant wait to take this out on my next adventure!

    Chose this camera for its size as I do most of my photography hiking. Very impressed with color of photos vs my Google Pixel cell phone. Taking it to Japan in two weeks. I recommend purchasing additional thumb grip can't imagine not having one now.

    This little camera is pretty amazing I’ve been loving it’s compact form factor. I’m coming from a Sony a7iv and I was worried about the feel in the hand and downgraded viewfinder both of which have been adjustment but I’m now loving the small form factor, and the viewfinder is more than usable although it does seem a bit dimmer than the viewfinder on the a7iv same for the lcd screen. The 61megapixles is simply amazing having all that resolution makes it super ez to crop and still retain enough resolution for large print. I have a button programmed to apsc mode which drops the resolution to 24mp still super useable and turns my 24mm lens into a 35mm and my 40mm into a 64mm. Overall been loving the size and resolution and new AI based focus chip make this camera the ultimate sleeper camera!

    Great camera with one tragic flaw

    Purchased to replace my A7 IV with the higher mega pixels and smaller body, plus even better autofocus. The camera is lightweight and takes great photos. The big weakness though is the viewfinder. It’s better than the original, but it’s small, not comfortable to use (especially with glasses on), and lacks good resolution compared to the A7 IV or A7R V. In the end, it wasn’t worth the trade off for the compact size for me, but may be fine for others. Depends on your preferences. At this price point, you may be better off finding a A7R V on sale or used. Certainly worth a look.

    I purchased the A7CR over a week ago, and the first one I received would not charge via a USB-C (not provided) plugged into a wall charger for several hours. Anytime I turned it on, would get "battery exhausted" before it died.So I returned the first, and the replacement one fives me the same issue. Im not sure if these are bad batteries, or they have a flawed charging port, but I did a Sony support chat and they are sending me a new battery.
