We took a trip to Europe and used it exclusively. The photos were fabulous with little to no experience or work. Definitely would recommend it.

Even models like the rx100 m3 come with an EVF which makes a huge difference in the sunlight. Even the rx100 m2 gives you the ability to add one on, but this model doesn't. If having an EVF is important to you then stay away from this model. otherwise it's fantastic performer. Compact and has the ability to use all the best attachments.

We bought it as an upgrade from a point and shoot and the pictures thus far are coming out with such clarity that even Facebook friends are commenting on the camera. Other great features like time lapses and great video quality add to the excitement we've had with this camera. Definitely a keeper.

Great pics and love the screen flips up to see for selfies! Only wish it had the eye glass to look through when taking pics...only has screen to look at.
