Batt was dead, so couldnt test the item in the store. On the open box label it said good condition & minor scratch, so I thought okay. wrong.... I charged the batt , turned it on says error. The removable lens was damaged and couldnt operate. Took it back asking for repair or replacement. was told bestbuy cant do anything about it and i have to return the item. what gives.... fuel, time, and money wasted. no compensation angry
