Neither of us are big photo people. the service person at the store was remarkably helpful in providing us with something that is quality, but still usable by the novice.

better than your phone camera - hands down

I suggest getting this.

I was so amazed at how many different functions this camera had! I love the mirror-less lens. I could tell a difference when taking a photo and the video is just amazing. It's clear and with the zoom function. It's like you have front seat to everything! No blur or delay. I highly recommend this camera!

Great Camera

This camera has great shutter speed and a ton of useful features. We did purchase a bundle with a lens for closer zoom range and some other lens options. Love the smartphone feature where pics can be sent directly to a smart device for sharing. I may give this 5 stars after I learn all the features and gadgets. Right now I am just digging in to all this camera has to offer.
