This camera is great! I moved up from a Canon Ti1, and it's sooo much better! Fairly easy to use, intuitive, and takes some great pics. Well worth the money.

I've wanted a professional type of camera for years, but didn't think it was worth the money. But my husband talked me into getting this Sony and I am so thrilled that I did! Even the most beginner photographer can take professional looking photos. I take a ton of sports photos for the school and I can get incredible shots! You can't go wrong with this camera.

This is an absolutely great camera that is great for anyone looking to get into digital photography or back into it. I had been away from photography for seven or eight years and this absolutely rekindled my love for it. I have now moved on to the a7r II, that is more for the prosumer market. Could not recommend this camera enough.

I have had this camera for about 2 months now and have taken about 300 pictures with it (mostly of wildlife).This is my first camera and I still have a lot to learn about it there’s quite a bit of functions on it. Pictures seem to be pretty good and video is just as good. In my opinion this is a great starter camera.

I bought this camera for taking pictures of my kids sporting events. I haven't had the chance to try it out in that environment yet. I have taken pictures in the back yard of them running and it has worked great. I am coming from a point and shot so there is a learning curve to figure out this camera, but using the standard settings it has been impressive!

I bought this camera to take on an overseas trip. Much smaller and lighter than my DSLR setup. Picture quality is very good. I'm happy with it thus far.

Camera offers both automatic features and manual features equivalent to more expensive larger cameras. It is great for different scenarios such as action shots, landscape, and portraits. Continuous shot feature is very quick and great for action shots of any sort. The smaller size is great for packing for hikes, bike rides and any outdoor activity.
