After reading review about the Canon mirrorless camera, I started to look at the reviews for the Sony. It got rave reviews and was listed as one of the best mirrorless cameras available. I decided to give it a try. I love it and Best Buy sales person was extremely helpful.

Have taken many pictures with the camera and have had no notable issues. Takes clean clear pictures that look great when uploaded to the computer. It has many setting not all have been tested yet but working on that. The only complaint is the lack of zoom lens past 210.

This camera is really great, I love that I can send pictures to my phone without Wi-Fi.

This camera has a lot of futures but a small size & light weight. A great one to have it with you at any time.

I am overwhelmingly pleased with the quality of this camera and the help in the department that I have received. If you are looking for a camera that is under the $700 price point but also has wonderful capabilities, this is your best bet.

Great easy to use camera. The controls are easy to learn and fun to work with. I plan To use my camera for family photos, sporting events and video. I am Excited to see what my new device as to offer.

The Sony A6000 is a very nice, small, yet very capable camera. Perfect for street shooting, but also does pretty well for applications like nature/birds - it's not going to replace a full DSLR setup for some people, but for others it will be all you need.

I have been out of taking pictures for a while, as the last actual camera I owned was a 35mm film camera and an instamatic that the new phones put to shame, so I decided to look at getting a decent camera as I have some travels upcoming in the next year. After my purchase, I determined that this camera was way more than my needs so I returned it. Great camera, just too much camera and too much to travel with.

This is a great camera for people who want to learn photography. Easy to use and great picture quality.

The camera is simply superb, in picture quality, performance and shutter speed. The icing on the cake is the NFC/wifi which allows me to share photos to my smartphone instantaneously. The cost looks steep but when you enjoy the snaps than you realize that the product is worth it.

I have owned digital point and shoot cameras and SLRs. A mirror less digital camera is the perfect compromise if you want interchangeable lenses, great picture quality and a reasonable price. The Sony Alpha a600 is particularly suited for taking one hand shots from either a helicopter or fixed wing aircraft. I just used it on an extensive aerial tour of New Zealand’s South Island. The dual lense kit was a great investment too.

For people that want a great easy to use camera that takes amazing pictures this one is for you ..... This was a gift for my mom and she is having lots of fun taking great quality pictures .... Highly recommended!!!!

I bought this for my daughter after many pro photographers recommended it at various workshops. It was the best deal with the 2 lenses and comparable in price to the Nikon 5600. The images are impressive. Excellent!

This is the same camera that my son purchased for his business and he uses it for pictures on his web page. It takes outstanding pictures and is super easy to use! The 24MP resolution is perfect for web pages and advertising. Would not hesitate to get another if I needed it!

Switched from a traditional dslr to mirror less. Great bang for your buck as I got it on sale. I love how much lighter and more portable this camera is without sacrificing on the specs of a traditional dslr.

Love camera, all about product is what I expected. Sales young man saud it would.

I used this camera and lens and it worked well at first. It does take good pictures. But yesterday, the lens that comes with the camera, now is not working. I have an error message when I try to use it and I have cleaned the contacts on both the lens and camera. In researching online, apparently this has been a problem since 2014. So for 3 years, Sony has sold a lens kit that has a defective or sensitive lens that stops working. Why would Best Buy keep selling this kit? Since I am out of town, I hope the local Best Buy will replace the camera and lens kit. I have used it less than 5 months and it now is not functioning. If Best Buy replaces the camera and lens with a new one, I will update my review at least based on the customer service from Best Buy. Sony should be fixing this lens kit and not selling it any more. I used Cannon for years prior to buying this camera and I never had any problem with the camera or lens failing.

I am very happy with my purchase. I bought this to take my 15 months daughter pictures. Photography is not my hobbie. But this one I am getting beautiful pictures just on Auto mode. It's not heavy compared with other DSLR cameras it's completely different technology.
