A camera is not a camera is not a camera. I also own a Canon 6D and quite a bit of L-glass. I'm not going to sit here and compare apples and oranges, but I will say that this is an awesome camera for what it is. Sometimes you just need a compact camera that takes great pics and the Sony fits the bill. I'd rather carry it in public and while traveling than the 6D although there is, admittedly, a compromise in image quality. But it's good enough 99% of the time. I'm fond of saying "the right tool for the right job," and if you know what you are doing, this camera fills its niche quiet nicely.

This little camera is wonderful. Nice and light weight, with just enough creative features to keep me out shooting for hours. Excellent purchase.

I was blown away with the photo quality. Additionally there are several convenient options such as the bluetooth and wifi that are super handy. Sometimes the camera overheats and has battery issues. I dont know if its just mine but it does get annoying at times.

This camera kit is perfect for those who want to test the waters and see how they feel about getting serious with photography without breaking the bank. This camera has limitations but it is still a fantastic choice to start off with. For my purposes, which is for taking photos, this camera is amazing. If you are looking for 4K video, I'd recommend other a6000 series cameras as this is limited to 1080p 60/30/24 fps. Also, this camera does not have in-body stabilization so you'll be relying on lenses for that. The two lenses that come with the kit have OSS (Optical SteadyShot) which is Sony's version of image stabilization. If you buy lenses without it, you'll either need a tripod or steady hands if you plan on shooting at lower shutter speeds to get really sharp images.

Good Camera for budget. I got a refurbished camera and it had a big scratch on the screen.

I am glad I did my research on a new camera. Their is nothing bad to say about this camera. It's light weight, easy to grip and a easy menu.

I bought this camera during a special promotion with a good price. Before I made the purchase, I read a lot of reviews and saw many people recommend this product. It meets my expectations: good quality picture, and way much lighter than my old Sony camera.

I returned it. Although the picture quality was decent for a $750 camera, the real only advantage I see to this one is size and weight. The 200mm lens isn't enough. 300mm is the bare minimum needed for decent photography.

If you want a low price mirrorless camera with top-quality, this is the one. This camera takes the most yet colorful photos ever. The video quality is amazing, and the user interface is quite friendly. The body of the camera is compact and it doesn't weigh that much. Also, the app for the phone is quite amazing, fast a reliable! Can't wait to use it more and more! This is such an upgrade from the DSRL model that I used to have.
