I thoroughly enjoy using my Sony A6000; for a relatively low price, you get a premium camera that is capable of shooting HD video and as well as amazing pictures. Skip the DSLR and invest in mirrorless, you'll be glad you did!!

This camera has been amazing and I only gave it four stars because I'm still learning how to use it but I'm pretty sure it will be five stars. If you are in the market for a DSLR camera, as I was, give the sony a6000 a try you won't be disappointed.

Couldn't be happier with ease of use, performance and handling. BUT, after one month and no more than 100 clicks of the shutter, my a6000 stopped responding to control dial and wheel on A,S,P and M modes.I flew to the internet for advice and found lots of company on this failure. Got it working again, for 5 minutes, then then it failed again. Auto modes are not affected. This appears to be a major quality issue on a significant number of these cameras, although the probability of it occurring is a guess. I'm hoping for fair treatment from SONY. Prior to the breakdown, this camera produced excellent photos in a variety of situations with just the standard lense.

Although this camera is small and light, it packed a lot of features. Image and video quality is excellent. Viewfinder is high quality and responsive. Autofocus is fast. USB charging offers some convenience. It's a little pricey, but it's a good camera overall.

This camera is great! Easy to use and also has wifi that seamlessly sends the pictures to my pc and my cell phone. This camera is easy to use.
