Was a awesome camera. Mirror less and all. But the led screen didn't rotate 180 degrees to take selfies. And you know that is a must for her!

Just wish it had come with a better lens so I can zoom in better. I see they have a package camera/lens now and would be great offer

Without a booklet with detailed instructions, the camera is difficult to Operate. I find the online booklet to be unsatisfactory.

so far so good. ive only used it a few times so far . looking forward to using it this weekend at a bike rally .

I like the camera but it lacked 4K so I had to return it for something with 4K capabilities. Overall good camera!

It’s an ok camera.for the price it’s not as advance. But, we needed a camera ASAP.

Excellent product (especially for the price as I purchased a floor model that was heavily discounted). I have not had enough time to fully learn the camera and all of its features, but I am very satisfied with the ease of use, auto functions, tutorials within, and especially the weight of this camera. I purchased mostly due to the light weight and great reviews, looking for something to take with me hiking/backpacking. So far so good, looking forward to learning more and maybe adding another lens for future use.

Camera works well, however we had to return due to no audio.

I can't say whether or not the camera was good. The box was not only open, but the product had been used and showed signs of use. It came with a defective battery and charger with a note to that effect from a service repair center. Not the condition I expected from an open box "excellent" item. I didn't expect a used camera that had clearly been out in the consumer world before being returned and serviced (but not even repaired- the dead battery and non functional charger were sent to me). Best Buy took it back, no issue there, but disappointing experience. I tried to swap for another open box in store, but that one was also not in great shape. So whomever is servicing their cameras is not doing a good job, which makes me not want to buy a camera from Best Buy and certainly not the warranty.

I have seen better cameras. The pics look normal. Not outstanding for the price your paying.

It’s nice and it does the job of taking photos but my iPhone Xs takes better pictures

It didn't make me feel upto the expectations. i felt more i was using a digital camera.

So pretty much this camera beats out anything that I've had my hands on in it's price segment. I've had hands on the nikon 5300, 7000, 7100, canon t5i, 70d and to be perfectly honest this would be the camera I would pick up until the point we start talking sony a7. The controls on this camera are very intuitive and are actually explanatory. The noise level is also very low even at iso 1600. This camera literally has the fastest and best tracking autofocus that you can find in it's segment, with the speed coming in at 0.06 seconds in ideal conditions. Most potential customers will look at this review and think a Sony?!?! Truth be told Sony makes the sensor for most of the great Nikons. There have been rants and raves over this camera for months now and After receiving mine i know exactly why. Summary in comparison to standard DSLR. - There's no sacrifice in image quality - It's considerably smaller and lighter so that alone makes it better by the fact that the best camera to have is the one you take with you. - lens library has something for everyone at this point and sony makes an a mount adapter allowing use with older sony dlsr lenses. -11 frame per second burst shots, but the camera can actually refocus itself in between those shots. -Less moving parts than a DSLR (so less to break). Recommended first after market lens. sel50f18-great for family, portraits, and general use. Make sure you get a fast sd card if you plan to use the burst alot..
