Th only thing that sucks about this camera is the lens. It is not he best kit lens I have used.. I would say that once you get past that, this camera is a beast for the price.

Got my selected package with lens price-matched from Amazon, and was able to walk out the door of the store with my new camera that day. A perfect buying experience.

Everything you hear about this camera is true. It's amazing how much of a workhorse it can be but so small and lightweight. More third party lenses are becoming avaiable due to Sony releasing alot of cameras this year. Only major drawback for pro's is that you will not get the same level of respect from the average person or photographer because people are so used to the big DSLRs.
