    The camera is awesome and I would give it a 4/5. But I ordered an open box A6300 and it is missing the eye cup and it didn't come with the original battery, it came with a cheap 3rd party battery. The product was labeled as "Excellent" condition, so I would expect it to come with everything that the original product came with. Als I think Best Buy should have vetted the return better before packaging it back up for resale. And for that reason I give it a 3/5.

    Nowhere on the Sony website describing this camera is it mentioned that it is intended for only 20 minutes of UHD videotaping. It heats up when recording UHD video. Mine turned off after 20 minutes the first time I used it. The longest "continuous" (29min 50 sec repeated) video I have taken with it is 57 minutes without zooming. The overheating warning was displaying for the last 25 minutes.

      Hi Pijitoe, We appreciate the feedback. This camera can record up to 30 minutes per file. There are cases that if the camera was used for a long period of time, the camera may accumulate heat and turn off by itself. This is a normal operation. This happens so that the camera will not suffer from too much heat. If the camera overheats and turns off, please remove the battery and have the camera rest for at least 5 minutes then start recording again. Best regards, Zander
