I had to get it since it had a $500 discount. As my first full frame camera I am impressed by the features it provides. After using a Sony a6000 for a few years this was a major upgrade. Great For Beginners and Intermediate Creators.

Still a relevant camera in 2022

With the right settings, focus, and lighting. You can take pictures close to the quality of the sony a7iii/iv

Why did I wait so long to get a full frame?

The M50 felt like a toy compared to the Sony. I bought a mid line Sony years ago and loved it. The full image sensor is my favorite part of this camera. The wifi and NFC connectivity are great as well.

And upgrading to this camera is such a delight. The camera has absolutely great sensor and full frame gives you more depth and details to work on. Great product from Sony and great deal from Best buy.
