I bought this for a high pixel full framed camera. I use this for stills. I got a great deal for 1299 brand new. I only bought this for performance. I still prefer my a6300 because it's small and can fit (snuggly) into my pocket.

Once you learn the basic this camera is super fun.

The Sony A7rii is by far the best camera you can buy. (Outside of the newest A series that Sony comes out with) The processor is super fast and clear. The lenses are pricy, but you pay for what you get. Btw, did I mention the camera is user friendly?

THIS IS THE BEST ON THE MARKET WHETER NOVICE OR PRO

the only downside of this camera is battery life other than that I'm happy switching from canon to Sony. It also takes time in getting used to the menu system

Got the A7 RII a weekend ago..One problem was the left lower rear side of the camera began to show heating issue,rather concerning as I've had experience in electronics in the past.I went online and checked reviews on this model and found many cases of overheating.I also noticed during this heating incident that the battery drained very quickly.Checked the version of firmware/software update and it indicated as being 4.0,so it's the latest version.Really disappointed in this incident,as I like the 42mp sensor,but I guess I'll have to get the A7 RIII in a few months due to cost and current budget.In my experience,Sony is on the right track with the features of mirrorless cameras,,etc.but the issues with the A7 RII should have been corrected, or at least Sony should offer a resolution to customers that buy this model or any other model that has issues on a mass basis.My motto,being in customer service in years prior,The customer is always right.Also,treat others as youd expect to be treated.

I would regard this is as one of my best investments till date! Amazing device with excellent features. It has tonnes of stuff to navigate and learn! So gifted to have this camera and thanks to my wife for picking up this amazing product!!! Will cherish this for a long time... :)

This camera performs above and beyond any expectations. The resolution produces images that are razor sharp with huge file sizes.

The Sony A7rii is amaxing in every aspect. Being a photographer that shoots muiltiple different styles of photos and shoots in many different setting, i need a camera that doesnt slack, this camera never fails to preform. From the interface to the rigidity of the body this camera shines.

This camera is lightning fast and perfect focus on faces The auto detection of the shot type- landscape, portrait, action, pets, etc. is perfect and easy to use

Absolutely phenomenal camera! The full frame sensor allows you to blow up any photo with clarity from edge to edge (dependent on the lens of course)

This may be an older camera but you cant beat the current price with what you're getting. This camera is still worth picking up in 2021.

This camera is such good quality and since the new ones are coming out the price of this is dropping and it still has great quality. Only thing I dislike is the screen doesn’t flip out to the left.
