I absolutely love this camera body! I upgraded from an older style and am very pleased with this purchase.

In my opinion this is a great beginner camera. I bought this 2 years ago and it still works perfectly. I would definitely recommend.

This camera is all that they say it is and more. Every shot is beautiful. I switched from Canon to Sony and I am glad I did. Plus I saved $800 on Black Friday which I used to purchase two new lens for this camera. So many great features in this camera to make your photography and videography journey a lot easier.

This camera is amazing! Easy to use if youve used a camera before and easy to learn if you haven’t! I upgraded from a different brand and would never look back now. Great choice for my needs.

I am an amateur amateur photographer not a pro by ANY means but this camera even helps me look good on occasion. There is a lot to learn with this guy but even I can an amazing photo with it. Build quality is great and while there are a myriad of setting you really can get going right out of the box.

Last camera I owned was a Nikon F2, I loved that old camera. The Sony a7riii is a whole different animal, I've got so much to learn. So far so good, I found it best to use YouTube videos to learn about the canera, so many great features!!! Even using the auto feature the images are crystal clear!!!

Upgrade from A6000, still learning to use all the features. extensive menu system. Love the large megapixel sensor, Currently using with 55-210 lens. love the sharp picture quality. little on the heavy side compare to A6000. only issue is Green zoom box compare to red box of A6000. Green box is little hard to spot on a sunny day.

What can I say about this beast that hasn’t been said already? It’s an excellent body that will not disappoint. Still very much relevant even though it’s a few years old. Files do take awhile to download so make sure your equipment is up to par

This camera is an amazing camera. For photography, the autofocus is spot on and with the high megapixels you will never miss a shot. There is so much detail even when you crop in. For video, 4K is great. It doesn’t shoot 4K at 60fps or 120fps but neither do I. I don’t need it. I do have to say that the color science is great for landscapes but isn’t up to par with canons skin tones. But with its high dynamic range you can get equivalent color in post. I’d definitely recommend this camera.

I upgraded to Sony A7R III from Sony A7R II. The camera is much quicker to capture your photos. Easy to use if you are familiar with the Sony A7R camera. Photos are much clearer than the previous version. It holds two XD card if you need more space to capture great photos.

Incredible camera. The depth of field on these with a good lens in bar-none. Images are huge (so be ready), but make for an easy selling point for clients. Amazing color quality that literally seems like the best I’ve owned.

They answered every question i had and guided me on my camera selection. So far i am completely obsessed with this camera and recommend it to everyone!

With the right lenses this camera takes sharp photos. The color of the photos to me is pleasing but is not for everyone directly out of the camera but can be easily edited post capture in photo software. There is a program from Sony you can download to control the camera from the computer and the camera also works with Capture One. I largely use the camera on a copy stand with a Sony Macro Lens and the setup is excellent for making digital copies of photographs from the past. The files are larger, but sharper, than those produced by my Epson V850. The camera has a solid body and seems well built. The menu system offers lots of settings but takes a little time learning to navigate

The A7R3 combination of 42mp and full frame makes for some stunning picture quality. The mirrorless system is compact for those who want that particular attribute. The new battery is a huge improvement and may be best in class.

As always, Sony is reliable. The images are amazing when I use it with my Zeiss primes, and now G Master zoom lens.

First Sony camera purchase! Loving it!! Just do it.

This camera is insanely sharp, lightning quick with it's autofocus, and very easy to use. Only critique is that the rear viewing screen could be sharper.

Absolutely love the quality and its easy to use. Definitely would recommend Im a rookie at taking pics and it helped me deliver high quantity pictures.

Ok first off i want to say that i was new to sony when i purchased this. The controls were very overwhelming for me however once i got the hang of it it became easy to navigate. Also i liked how Sony allows the user to adjust their controls from built in buttons on the device. Do i think this is a great buy for the cost? No, you can definitely get the same or better image quality from canon , also having slightly larger hands than the average person the Sony was a bit difficult to hold comfortably, especially with a larger lens. However sony gives you more features and i guess that is what justifies the cost of the sony a7riii
