Determined to step in to the world of mirrorless, I initially purchased a Nikon Z6. Nice camera but the unit I purchased seemed to have issues with the auto focus. It was jittery and unacceptable. I decided to give Sony a try after reading reviews and listening to testimonials. I purchased this Sony A7RIII and I am so happy I did. I am thoroughly satisfied and impressed with it's performance, capabilities and form factor. Sold on Sony.

The ILCE7RM3A and ILCE7RM3A/B would be the same camera model. The "/B" part of the model name pertains to the color of the camera. On this one, the "/B" stands for black color.
