Missing Battery

The camera is great, this is not a review of the camera. With that said, the box was half open when it arrived. Looked like it was tossed on the doorstep. The camera was loosely wrapped, and shifting around as I picked it up. When I open the box, I can barely find any pieces. In the end to find that there is no batter pack. I called to have one sent to me but they said they can only have me return the entire product and that they can not send me a battery. I ended up going to my local BB and buying a new battery. Camera works great, poor execution on BB's part.

Compact and flexible but limited battery life.

They lost my package and all they could say was be patient. After I paid for two day shipping, I had to wait over a week for them to send another package.

The image quality is sharp, colors are vibrant, and autofocus is lightning fast — especially for vlogging and content creation. The flip-out screen is super convenient for framing shots, and the camera is lightweight enough to carry around all day. I paired it with the Tamron 17–70mm lens, and the results are stunning, both for photos and 4K video. Low-light performance is impressive, though the battery life could be a bit better, so I recommend getting a spare. Best Buy’s pickup process was smooth, and the staff was helpful in answering my questions. Overall, I’m extremely happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this camera to beginners and experienced creators alike. Pros: • Excellent video and photo quality • Lightweight and portable • Great autofocus • Fully articulating screen Cons: • Battery life could be longer

Great entry vlogger camera
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This camera is great for beginners, vloggers or just anyone who wants an easy to use camera with a robust lens system. This is a mirrorless camera from Sony which uses the E mount and there is plenty of first party lens you can use as well as a robust third party lens makers making compatible lens for the E mount you can use with this camera. As far as using the camera it has plenty of features that make it great for vlogging like a button that makes it easy to focus on an item that you’re holding for example or something you want to showcase. A button to record video and since it’s a mirrorless camera to take photos as well. Also an easy slide to zoom in or out as well. This also improves on the menu system of the first ZVE 10 camera which is great. It also comes with a bigger battery than the previous camera as well which is great. It also has a Mini HDMi port to output and a USB type C port to charge the battery as well. The only small gripe is I would of liked a digital viewfinder but the screen will do just as good.
