Missing Battery

The camera is great, this is not a review of the camera. With that said, the box was half open when it arrived. Looked like it was tossed on the doorstep. The camera was loosely wrapped, and shifting around as I picked it up. When I open the box, I can barely find any pieces. In the end to find that there is no batter pack. I called to have one sent to me but they said they can only have me return the entire product and that they can not send me a battery. I ended up going to my local BB and buying a new battery. Camera works great, poor execution on BB's part.

The image quality is sharp, colors are vibrant, and autofocus is lightning fast — especially for vlogging and content creation. The flip-out screen is super convenient for framing shots, and the camera is lightweight enough to carry around all day. I paired it with the Tamron 17–70mm lens, and the results are stunning, both for photos and 4K video. Low-light performance is impressive, though the battery life could be a bit better, so I recommend getting a spare. Best Buy’s pickup process was smooth, and the staff was helpful in answering my questions. Overall, I’m extremely happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this camera to beginners and experienced creators alike.
