  • A little workhorse of a camera

    Great little camera with outstanding color. I use it mostly for video shoots and the results have been great. I have a first generation model as well as this 2nd gen and an A7iv all used for videos and the only difference in video quality is the iv does a little better in low light but that’s expected for a camera that costs 4x as much. A lot of bang for the buck.

    Lense leaves a bit to be desired. Planning on upgrading the lense, I wish they had better deals on body only.

    I ordered this as an open box-excellent. The camera is great, this is not a review of the camera. With that said, the box was half open when it arrived. Looked like it was tossed on the doorstep. The camera was loosely wrapped, and shifting around as I picked it up. When I open the box, I can barely find any pieces. In the end to find that there is no batter pack. I called to have one sent to me but they said they can only have me return the entire product and that they can not send me a battery. I ended up going to my local BB and buying a new battery. Camera works great, poor execution on BB's part.

    bought as a travel video camera. wish it had a viewfinder, but overall, it does the job and fits in my waist-pouch. I own the 6700 and use that for serious jobs, but this is for fun travel.
