Great camera, Sony app a downside.

The only down side is the Imaging Edge app from Sony to send photos to the cell phone. The app is too slow and not very easy to connect to the phone.

Above and beyond expectations

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After a couple of months doing research on different cameras for creating content, I decided on the ZV-E10 with the 16-50mm kits lens. Overall, the experience has been great. The video quality is awesome (6k downsampled to 4k) and the photo quality is better than I expected. For beginners starting out, just use the auto settings for everything. Sony does a great job making results grfeat through the auto settings until you learn more about ISO, aperture, etc. You won't be disappointed. If you are looking to purchase this camera, I would definitely get the version with the kit lens. While it's not the highest quality build or glass, it does very well for beginners. A great starting point is this will be your first mirrorless camera purchase.

All the recommendations were right, as this camera is great and makes awesome looking videos for a lower price compared the the mid and higher end cameras available. I'm pairing this with a Sigma Prime Lens and bought it on sale. Worth checking out and highly recommend for beginners!

Small, compact traveling camer

Its a very compact camera for traveling, does takes nice picture but it doesn’t have the viewpoint. Everything is digital so it does take some time to getting used to.
