    I feel so disappointed and so sad with the costumer service that I recibe. I’m still dint have my camera. I try to go to a physic store for the camera (I when to 3) in one that I ask the details and aspect, and the guy literally just read me the card in front of me, then in the store I ask for where I can find it because they didn’t haven’t stock then they send me to another one so far away and when I arrived they didn’t have it. At the end I just decide to trust to buy it and get it in 3 days, I I swear that was the worst decision because me as a tourist I don’t have so much time to lose, and I need to go back to my country, I buy this camera with a lot of effort, and I was so happy because everyone know that United States and Best Buy have the best responses to the costumer, the best products and the best stores for technology. But now I don’t know what did I do to recibe that treatment, I don’t recibe the camera I bought on January 1, I call fedex they told me the package is lost , so I need to call Best Buy and you guys told me we’ll do the investigations then you never contact me so I call again and I told you what happened with that. You guys told me that you still didn’t do investigation so I was in a Best Buy store the girl for the information point told me that she couldn’t do nothing more than offer me the same camera, but I need to pay it there and she didn’t help me with more information so I decide to call again and I ask for the shipment payment and you guys told me will be for a check and it will be three days for the check arrive to my apartment so I was waiting for you to contact me. You never do it then I need to call again on you guys told me that it still was working on my process so I decide to ask if there is another way to have the camera if I could pick up, you guys told me I can do that but you need the improvement so now I need to change my flight for my country to can’t wait for the day you told me to go to pick up and you give me the store so far away anyways I will go to pick up but I just want to give my experience review because I really feel so alone in the process I was the one that need to call the one that contact and remember to contact me and the process was so slow. The camera just not cost me 800, cost me a lot of stress, cost me the change for my flight, cost me extra gas. So I really hope this never happen again to me I’m not sure if I think the same of Best Buy than when I arrive

I would recommend to call the retailer before hand and make them confirm the unit is in stock. As a customer myself I would definitely be frustrated. Also very frustrating when you find out the unit is lost via FEDEX. We hope that this will never happen again to you.     Also have a black version. The white color stands out. Great camera for video recording even if you're not a vlogger.

    A Great Camera For Vlogging, Videos and Stills

    The VZ-E10 aimed at Vloggers by Sony is very well designed and built. With its 24MP CMOS sensor it takes beautiful videos and stills. It comes with a reliable autofocus system with both face and eye detection. the camera also has a built-in drectional microphone with windscreen. The camera will produce 440 still shots per charge and 80 minutes of continuous video record per charge. One battery comes with the camera. I'd recommend buying a couple of spares to keep you shooting. The Sony ZV-E10 is capable of Livestreaming via a USB-C connection. Vertical video recording is also supported. The camera came with a Vlogger kit that included a remote Pistol Grip that doubles as a desktop tripod. Pairing the Grip is done through the camera menu and is fairly straightforward. The camera is mirrorless so uses a folding selfie-screen to view videos, stills and various camera menu controls. It also came with two lenses to use with the camera - a 3.5-5.8 16-50mm zoom and a 1.8/50mm. This camera has so many features it would take a book to describe them all. All in all, a great all around camera designed with the VLogger in mind.

    Excellent open box was DOA

    Bought as an "Excellent - open box" camera and it was DOA. Wouldn't charge and obviously did not turn on. Thought it was worth taking a chance, but with having to drive to the store for the return. Scared me off bothering with returned items being resold at BestBuy.com. Had it been available open box locally. In person store purchase might have been option with being able to test the camera first. But, buying online and somehow receiving a broken camera that never got checked and resold. Too many possible issues to try again. Ultimately found another seller with stock and got it new for similar money. FYI, this was when this model was a little harder to find in stock. The ZV-E10 itself is great, but my review above is for the camera i received open box on bestbuy.com.
